This is a second chance to visit the Saline AG factory in Pratteln. From rock to brine, and from there to fine-grained salt: on a guided tour of the saltworks, you will discover how the earth's hidden treasure is transformed into a vital raw material. A tour through the Swiss Saltworks reveals the many fascinating facets of salt, the role that "white gold" plays in our daily lives, and how it is sustainably produced in Switzerland.

The tour is suitable for children starting from age 6. Participants must have good mobility; the use of walking aids is not allowed.

Cancellation policy: Persons who cancel three days or less before the event, or do not attend, may be charged their portion of the tour costs.
